This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) _ 00-T-0016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.5. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7600 with a small business size standard of $19M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to provide 0001- annual maintenance for TimeManagement hardware (clocks) five (5) each, 0002-annual maintenance forTimeManagement software w/clock/hotline-four (4) each, 0003-annual maintenance for TimeManagement Hotline/Software without clocks, three (3) each.
