Chemical Command has a requirement for preventive maintenance and
service calls for Oil Heaters, Hot Water Heaters, and Natural Gas Fired
Units. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and
tools necessary to perform maintenance twice a year and respond to
emergency service calls twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week
in 80 Military Family Housing units in the following various
locations: Natick, Hudson, Wayland, and Needham, Massachusetts.
Offerors must submit a bid on all items in order to be considered for
award. The SIC Code for the acquisition is 7699. The Small Business
Size Standard is $5 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for
Small Business Concerns. A Firm Fixed Priced Requirements contract will
be awarded for a Base Period (1 February 2000 through 31 January 2001),
with the option to extend 4 Option Periods of one year each. This
requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. Copies of the
