The Naval Reserve Intelligence Command requires management support for a base period of one year to include four (4) one-year options to extend the period of performance. Services include budget, planning and program management services in four specific areas: facility infrastructure, full-time support, selected reserve end-strength, customer requirements research, congressional liaison assistance and information technology support services. Support will also be provided for requirements identification and standardization to ensure compatibility and interoperability with the ongoing needs of the planning, programming and budgeting system. Additionally, service will include system engineering technical assistance to support the Naval Reserve Intelligence Command and company is required to have the knowledge and capability to identify, develop and draft effective plans and programs that will allow for appropriate utilization of Naval Reserve Intelligence Command personnel in support of peacetime through wartime operations.
