All barracks buildings are of modular design, three stories in height and have an existing standing seam metal (SSM) roofing system with an eight inch coping around building perimeter. Coping is located below soffit of SSM. Buildings 215, 218, 503, 515, 715, 631, and 637 are three module buildings. Buildings 635 and 720 are four module buildings. Contractor must remove all debris, pressure wash, and prep surface for chemical adhesive installation of bird deterrent spikes upon existing factory finished metal coping. Bird deterrent spikes must be installed in a uniform continuous run about entire building perimeter. Coping follows short runs with multiple corners. Installation utilizing an aerial lift is anticipated as the most efficient method. Estimated cost range of project is from $100,000. to $500,000. Network Analysis System will not be required.
