Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work in required to repair base contracting at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to remove wall covering, remove carpet, remove suspended ceiling, remove windows, remove doors and frames, remove cove base, provide type II wall covering, provided 32 oz medium traffic carpet, repair damaged drywall, provide new suspended ceiling, provide new 4_ vinyl base cove, provide ADA water cooler, provided new exterior and interior doors and frames, paint exterior window frames that were not replaced to match new windows. This is a reprocurement from a defaulted contract. Attendance to the site visit stated in the solicitation is strongly encouraged/highly recommended. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is 90 calendar days. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted and open to all firms, includingsmall disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17.0 million. The successful contractor will be made to that responsive and responsible offeror whose price is most advantageous to the government.
