The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Refurbishment of the Tennis Courts near the gym and child development center at Malmstrom AFB, MT. Work elements to include but not limited to such work as Demolition & Site Clearing, Landscaping, Paving and related work, Fencing and Electrical. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract consisting of a 120-day performance period. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 16 Feb 2000. Proposal Closing will be on or about 20 Mar 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
