Destination Within Consignee's Premises, to two consignees: Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton (Long Island), NY (2,800 niche covers); and Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH (2,200 niche covers). Granite niche cover requirements under the contract are to be delivered to each cemetery no later than March 15, 2000. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3281 and a size standard of 500 employees is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. The bidder(s) receiving contract award(s) will be required to furnish a sample of the granite to be used in satisfying these requirements to verify compliance with the specifications and for approval by the Government. In addition, the contractor(s) will be required to submit pre-production samples for Government approval. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs."
