is a synopsis of a requirement for commercial services prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemental with
additional information included in the notice. A written solicitation
will be issued upon request. This is a request for quotation (RFQ)
number DTCG80-00-Q-3FA576. This solicitation document will incorporate
provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-14 The standard industrial classification code is 7699 and
the size standard is 5.0 employees. The requirement is for the
following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment,
parts, services, and competence to complete the repairs on the USCGC
DURABLE (WMEC-628): Renovate Crew Mess IAW Specification. Place of
Performance: ST. Petersburg, FL. Performance period: Jan 18 _ Jan 28,
2000. Specifications to be provided on request. The government will
award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible
offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous
to the government, price and other factors considered. The following
factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date.
