Contractor to provide all labor, parts, material, transportation and supervision for the installation of a Stahl Positioning System on two single pallet elevated transfer vehicles in the Aerial Port of Dover Air Force Base, DE. Specific requirements are identified in the Statement of Need which can beviewed on the EPS website (identified further in this notice). Work consists of but is not limited to:remove existing horizontal and vertical chain driven encoder assembly, all associated wiring and angle iron rails from both Single Pallet Elevated Transfer Vehicles (SPETV) located in Bldg 505, Air Freight Terminal. Installation will include installing a single coding strip to be shared by both SPETVs operating both aisles. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations and is 100% small business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3535. All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency.
