This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation numbers F22600-00-Q0053 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) for a Brand Name item. The Standard Industrial Code is 3825; small business standard is 500 employees. Type of set aside: None. The incorporated document provisions and clauses are to be in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This requirement is for the following items manufactured by Rhode & Schwartz: Item 0001 ESCS30 Test Receiver. Part Number is 1102.4500.30. Also includes the following accessories: ESCS30B1 Battery Controller and Battery support without battery, Part Number 1102.6490.02; ESCS30B2 Battery Pack NI-MH Option 1, Part Number 1102.6690.02; ESCS30B4 IF Spectrum 10 MHz Analyzer, Part Number 1102.6890.02; ESCS30B5 Tracking Generator, Part Number 1102.7097.02; ESCS30B6 OXCO Reference Oscillator, Part Number 1102.9397.02 and ESCS30B9 RMS Dector, Part Number 1102.7897.02. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination with deliver 30 days after award and shall be delivered to 738 EIS, Malby Hall, Building 7701, Keesler AFB, MS 39534. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Nov 1999).
