Soliciation Notice 00SQ6C022 from Bureau Of Reclamation, 11056 West
County Road 18E, Loveland CO 80537, ATTN: Kevin O'Connor, for materials
and labor necessary for installation of a new Single-Ended Unit
Substation located at our Pueblo Office (600 Reservoir Road, Pueblo CO
81003) is AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: A. The date for receipt of bids in the
Loveland office Has NOT been extended. B. The Date for completion of
the work IS Extended to June 30, 2000. C. The date change-over from
permanent power to temporary power (existing Government furnished
engine-generator) will be coordinated between the Bureau of Reclamation
and the Contractor. This date will be dependent on water release
requirements at the time that the contractor informs the Bureau of
Reclamation that he is ready to start installation work. The date for
providing a clearance on the existing unit substation may vary over a
period of one to two weeks. D. Bids submitted to the Loveland office
must be in accordance with this notice. Acknowledge receipt of this
notice by mail telegram or fax (970)663-3212). If your bid has already
been sent to the Loveland Office, acknowledge receipt of this notice
in writing or by fax prior to closing date for receipt of bids (Jan 24,
2000). Failure to acknowledge this notice may result in rejection of
your bid. E. If your bid has already been submitted and you want it
returned for revision and resubmission, please advise the Contracting
Officer (Kevin O'Connor) at this office at (970)962-4310. Posted
