The following subscriptions are included in the OVID Online 4 User package; Medline, HealthStar, CancerLit, BioEthicsLine, AIDSLINE, 3 Biomedical Collections (2 users)(45 Full Text Titles), CINAHL, Biomedical Collection IV (2 users), Ovid Mental Health Collection (1 user), Ovid Nursing Collection (2 users), Ovid nursing Collection II -- Lippincott Premier Nursing Journals (2 users), Ovid On Call textbooks -- Core Collection (5 users) Evidence Based medicine Reviews (1 user), Ovid Java Client, Z39.50 WWW Gateway, Online Access Fee (4 user). Subscription services include upgrades and maintenance. The OVID system provides HYPERLINK directly to the website of each journal individually. Proposals shall be provided on Company Letter Head Stationary and shall provide the following information at a minimum: Company name, address, telephone number, fax number, price, any discount terms for prompt payment, DUNS#, Tax ID#, correct mailing and remittance addresses.
