The 109th Airlift Wing (109 AW) needs to identify sources that are capable of providing extreme cold weather gloves for use in Greenland and the Antarctic region in suppor of the National Science Foundation. These gloves must be a "Pro Ice" or equal featuring a custom-fitted, three layer Gore-Tex laminate insert that is fully seam taped for total weather protection, Poron padded knuckles and anatomically shaped fingers. The liner has two layers of Moonlite pile on the back of the hand and one on the palm for added dexterity and superior warmth. Sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Color: RED.
