The Nursing Home Care Unit is a four story building w/one bank of three elevators, 1980's vintage. Evaluation as to the current condition and efficiency and code compliance shall be part of the responsibility of the A/E firm selected. Consideration to firms with shown expertise in elevator design and upgrades shall be of high priority. Estimated construction cost for all phases is $500,000 -- $1,000,000.
