Services shall include, but not be limited to an on-site survey of the existing emergency electrical system, including outbuildings, at this facility. The Medical Center is a multiple-building facility. The main building is 12 stories w/various penthouses, housing patient wards, critical care areas, radiology, surgery, laboratory, outpatient services and administrative functions. The outbuildings serve shops, warehouse, administrative, residential and laundry. Asbestos Abatement is a possibility during one or more phases of the project. At a minimum, a PIH on the design team is a requirement. In addition, previous experience upgrading or designing emergency electrical systems shall be a priority factor. Estimated construction cost for all phases is $1,000,000 -- $2,000,000. This is not a request for proposal.
