Furnish and deliver two (2) 69-kV disconnect without ground blades at the Springfield, Missouri substation. Furnish and install jumpers, bus fittings, and bus height adapters as required for switches installed. Furnish jumpers, bus fittings, height adapters for delivered switches for the Springfield, Missouri substation. The estimated magnitude of this proposed acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The completion date is November 15, 2000. A presolicitation notice has been sent to all prospective contractors on Southwestern's mailing list. The solicitation package will be furnished only upon written request and receipt of payment of a $15.00 non-refundable check for a hard copy of the solicitation with "11" x "17" drawings. The cost for drawings alone will be the same as for the hard copy with drawings at $15.00. Checks, money orders or cashier's checks shall be payable to "Southwestern Power Administration." This proposed acquisition is unrestricted. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
