The project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and all necessary site improvements. The work includes all disciplines necessary to complete this design/build project to demolish and replace MFH units. Work shall include the demolition of existing housing units, including asbestos and designated site-work including overhead electrical distribution system and designated underground utilities. New work shall include the construction of housing units to provide a complete and useable facility ready to occupy, landscaping, public space development and associated site-work including underground electrical distribution system and underground utilities.
