Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary for Gravesite Development (Project No. 888CM3028) at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80235-2952. Project work includes earthwork excavation for the placement of approximately 4,000 precast concrete burial crypts. Associated work includes gravel and pipe drainage, backfill and turf establishment. All work called for under the contract is to be completed within 180 calendar days of contractor's date of receipt of notice to proceed. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1794 and a size standard of $7 million is applicable to this acquisition. Site visits by prospective bidders are by appointment only and can be made through the Director, Fort Logan National Cemetery, telephone 303-761-0117.
