The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue on a sole source basis a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to place a class of orders for the duration of three years with Boeing Defense and Space Group, Helicopters Division in Philadelphia, PA. These orders will consist of supplies and services relating to the H-46 series helicopter, its dynamic components, airframe, electronic systems, design studies, engineering and manufacturing, data and service life extension. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-46 series helicopter and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts.
