for commercial items prepared in acordance with the format in the
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented
with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation
requirements and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in
effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular. The Standard
Industrial Classification is 3699 and the Small Business size standard
is 750 employees. The solicitation listed here is unrestricted. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation
DAAB07-00-R-A762 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a
sole source acquistion with Motorola, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ. It is
authorized under 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6-302-1(a.1), Only One
Responsible Source. The Government intends to initiate a procurement
for thirty-seven (37) Program Loader, KY-913/PRC-112 used in
conjunction with the AN/PRC-112 Survival Radio. The solicitation line
item numbers and descriptions are: CLIN 0001 -- Thirty-seven (37)
Program Loaders, P/N 01-P21700J001, NSN 7025-01-279-5308. Motorola
shall provide the necessary services and materials to deliver and
warrant the Program Loaders in accordance with the Statement of Work
(SOW). The SOW is available electronically via the internet at the
following URL: http://abop.monmouth.army.mil, under solicitation
DAAB07-00-R-A762. Delivery shall be approximately 30 April 2000.
Shipment is F.O.B. Desintation. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at
the contractor's plant by authorized DCMC representatiave. Packing and
Packaging shall be accomplished in accordance with the requirements of
MIL-P-116. The specific packaging procedures and Level of Protection
are delineated in the coded format of MIL-STD-1073-2 along with
additional data elements as defined in MIL-STD-2073-1, and available
electronically via the internet address shown above. Offerors are
advised of the applicability of the following FAR clauses and
