As a result, the government anticipates that this solicitation will result in award of a sole-source contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1. There are no Government Drawings or specifications available for this soliciation. This is not a small business set-aside. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 28 JAN 2000 to sources requesting an RFP document.
