requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide berthing
services for thirteen crewmembers of the USCGC Cheyenne in Memphis, TN.
From January 31, 2000 through March 13, 2000. Berthing to include three
single rooms and five double rooms. Contractor to also provide messing
for thirteen crewmembers of the USCGC Cheyenne for the same time
period as specified above. Start with dinner on January 31, 2000 and
end with breakfast on March 13, 2000. Messing to meet standard spec
MLCA STD 64000U STD. Specifications to be provided on request. The
government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to
the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be
most advantageous to the government, price and other factors
considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer:
Price, Required Delivery Date. The proposed contract listed here will
be awarded as part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration
