The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for the acquisition of a contract for the analysis of 88 sediments samples for organic and elemental contaminants, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), grain size and Acid Volatile Sulfide(AVS)/Simultaneous Extracted Metal (SEM). The samples shall be collected from January 2000 -- June 2001, and shipped to the Contractor for analysis. This requirement will be issued under simplified acquisition procedures. This is Not a Small Business Set-Aside.
