The Department of Veteran Affairs, White River Jct., VT is soliciting proposals to provide 1 FTE Oncologist/Hematologist for the period January 18, 2000 through April 15, 2000, with one 3-month option to renew the required services. The solicitation number is 405-28-00. This solicitation is issued as an RFP. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The acquisition is unrestricted. The standard industrial classification (SIC) is 8049. Requirement is to provide: 1 full time oncologist/hematologist for Monday through Friday inpatient and outpatient services. This physician is required to be ACLS certified and credentialled in conscious sedation. The physician will be responsible for providing services to the Oncology Section of this hospital.
