The project requires site work, demolition of the existing control tower, and all structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, equipment, finishes, and related systems and items to complete the new tower. The existing tower is to remain operational until the construction of the new tower is complete and accepted. The Contractor's operations are subject to airfield rules and regulations, and interruptions to the work are possible due to aircraft emergencies or special operations. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work shall be completed within 550 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
