Project will consist of all plant, material, labor, and supervision to remodel base fire station. Work will include, but is not limited to: an addition to the apparatus bay and an addition to the bunk house area as well as other miscellaneous remodeling. All disciplines of general construction will be required. Magnitude of project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction time will be 300 calendar days from NTP, to start in late March 2000. Plans and specifications will be distributed in CD format only. Actual solicitation for bids will be announced in this publication in January 2000 with bid opening scheduled for Feburary.
