equipment, transportation and supervision to re-roof the entire
barracks building, Building #6 at U.S. Coast Guard Base, South
Portland, ME (Cumberland County). Roof is divided into three areas. One
large high roof area and two smaller low roof areas. Remove existing
ballast, membrane roof and 1 1/2" rigid insulation down to concrete
plank substrate. Remove exterior perimeter aluminum gravel stop/fascia
and flashing. Remove all cap and base flashing at chimney, curbs and
vertical wall surfaces. Cap off roof drains where indicated on drawing.
Install new fully adhered 0.060" thick unreinforced single ply EPDM
roof over new adhered tapered insulation. New baked enamel aluminum
gravel stop/fascia at galley and front entrance roof and new baked
enamel gravel stop/fascia/scuppers, collector heads and downspouts and
incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is between
