The contractor shall provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical care for eligible VA patients. The Contractor will provide health care clinical providers, medical facilities, medical equipment, supplies, laboratory and imaging services, and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services.
