provide classroom and tutorial instruction to members of the military
community on and surrounding Fort Lewis, Washington. Instruction is for
the Family Advocacy Program, which is an effort to stop domestic
violence, or to prevent its occurrence. Period of Performance will be
from 1 April 2000 to 31 March 2001 with four (4) option years. All

procurement listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside
for small business concerns and HUBZone SB concerns. Interested SB and
HUBZone SB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15
days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing
to the Contracting Office above, evidence of capability to perform;
and, if applicable, evidence that a concern is a qualified HUBZone SB
listed with the SBA. If adequate interest is not received from
qualified SB and HUBZone SB concerns, the RFQ will be issued as
unrestricted without further notice. The size standard is any concern
including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for
