Furnish variable frequency drive systems (drives), including: enclosures, drive assembly and integration, and related controls, FOB Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Drives for one (1) 250 HP motor and two (2) 400 HP motors are required. The drives will be used to control the speed of 250 HP and 400 HP fan motors respectively, in the Fluid Bed Incinerator (FBI) and the Central Afterburner (CAB) at the Central Incinerator Complex at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed.
