C -- WATER RECLAMATION SYSTEM, PHASE 1 SOL RFP-2000-002 DUE 021100 POC Linda Wong (415) 561-5352 The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified A/E firms to prepare two documents for the Presidio of San Francisco Water Reclamation System Project -- a Project Plan and Environmental Assessment. Scope of services may include but is not limited to: (a) prepare a Project Plan that will serve as the basis for guiding the Water Reclamation System through the planning, permitting, design and construction phases; and (b) prepare an Environmental Assessment for the proposed System in accordance with current Presidio Trust, National Park Service and NEPA requirements (this EA will be based on the approved Project Plan). Additional related consulting services may also be included. Data from previous water studies and projected occupancy data will be made available to the selected firm. Firms must have previous experience including but not limited to: designing & planning water reclamation systems and wastewater treatment systems; designing utility infrastructure; and preparing EA documents. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including but not limited to: Specialized Experience on similar projects; Past Performance; Proposed Price; Proposed Project Schedule and Project Approach; Outreach efforts. The Trust anticipates awarding one contract with a base term and option years.
