(v) List of Contract Line Item Numbers: CLINs 0001 -- 0002, Jason XI Transmission Subscription, 1 ea., with broadcast links to all DoDDS Europe sites, inspection and acceptance at destination, FOB point is destination. (vi) Description of Requirements: LI1: Jason XI Satellite Transmission Fee to the UK on PAN AMSAT from Downlink of U.S. Domestic Jason XI Program for DoDEA/RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, UK. This service is to be provided by local UK PANAM SAT Agent. Supply test transmissions from 23 Feb to 29 Feb GMT and broadcasts 1 March to 10 March 2000, daily from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, except 4 March. LI2: Jason XI License Fee authorizes DoDEA and the UK District to exhibit the Jason XI program during the period of 23 Feb through 10 Mar 2000. Also the license authorizes use of all Jason Project curriculum, videos, educational materials and products as part of the project. The fee includes training fees and kits for Jason staff development. (vii) Delivery period of subscription is 23 Feb through 10 March 2000, with acceptance FOB destination. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial (Oct 95) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. (x) Offers shall include a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with its quotation.(xi) FAR 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition and resulting contract.
