The Contractors List will be limited to small business concerns interested in performing building repair and alteration work. This list will be used for projects costing more that $2,000 but less than $100,000. The work will include, but not limited to: roofing, HVAC, fencing, ramps, electrical, plumbing and general construction. Contractos must meet the minimum qualification standards regarding experience and past performance and must be capable of providing Payment Bonds for projects over $25,000. Method of evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b), Best Value to the Government. In determining Best Value, quotes will be evaluated based upon price and past performance. Past performance will encompass such factors as (1) quality; (2) timely performance; (3) effectiveness of management; and (4) compliance with labor and safety standards. You may be required to provide references to verify past performance on similar work as described in the solicitation. Small Business concerns interested in being placed on the list should fascimile or mail the request with the following information: firm name, complete mailing address, point of contact and telephone number.
