Corrected solicitation reads as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. This amended announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 9PSS-00-0009 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3663; small business standard size is 500 employees. Type of set aside: Total Small Business Set Aside. The incorporated document provisions and clauses are to be in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This requirement is for 80 each of the following non-developmental commercial items, which are manufactured by Television Equipment Associates. Item 0001: COL III AS-A collarset III headset with NTN5231C adapter for Motorola Astro Radios. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination with delivery 30 days after award and shall be delivered to 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Room 6885, Mail stop 9PSF, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434. Inspeciton and acceptance shall be made at destination.
