Quantity to be purchased: DSCP plans to issue two muti-source indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contracts consisting of a base year and three option years. 60% of the proposed contract quantity will be awarded to the firm offering the best value, and the remaining 40% will be awarded to the firm offering the second best value. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year will be 35,000, with an estimated maximum of 55,000. Each of the three option years, if invoked, will have guaranteed minimums of 20,000 and estimated maximums of 40,000. Award of the higher portion of each option quantity will be made to the firm which provides the best contract performance during the previous year.
