The USDA, Agriculture Research Service is seeking interested and qualified concerns that are small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, 8(a), or HUBZones, to provide the agency with capability statements that document their ability to do complex policy/analytic studies under the Food Assistance and Nutrition Research Program (FANRP). FANRP conducts studies and evaluations of the Nation's domestic food and nutrition assistance programs, including the Food Stamp Program (FSP), the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), and the Child Nutrition Programs. FANRP is also responsible for conducting studies on other USDA food assistance and nutrition programs. FANRP collaborates with the Food and Nutrition Service to shed light on the policy-relevant issues of waste, fraud, and abuse in food assistance and nutrition programs.
