The contemplated disciplines are: Structural engineering, architectural, asbestos abatement, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, cost estimating, geo-technical engineering, landscaping, and interior design when it is required by an Individual Delvery Work Order located at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, FDR Montrose and Castle Point Campuses. Contract period will be for a base year with three (3) one-year renewal options, total amount of each contract awarded including option years, shall not exceed $450,000. Individual task/delivery orders shall not exceed $75,000 each. Selection will be based on recent specialized experience, professional capacity to accomplish work; professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to contract as well as past record and success in recovered materials.
