We are seeking in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Fitness Center's Bicycle Rodeo and Fun Run. This event is expected to draw approximately 150 participants. We are seeking sponsorship for one girl's 26-inch bicycle, one boy's 26-inch bicycle, door prizes, hot dogs, hotdog buns, chips, and fresh fruit. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More then one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be made no later thean May 5, 2000.
