We are seeking in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Eagleglen Midnight Sun Golf Tournament to be conducted June 24, 2000. This activity is expected to draw approximately 120 participants. We are seeking sponsorship for airline tickets, trips, outings, fishing excursions, services from differnet types of businesses, gift certificates, golf bags, golf equipment, and hole in one insurance. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More then one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be made no later thean June 9, 2000.
