We are seeking in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Club's Mother's Day Brunch to be conducted May 14, 2000. This sweetheart brunch will feature soft music, specialty desserts, and upscale entrees. We are seeking sponsorship for musical entertainment, desserts, specialty foods, and flowers for centerpieces to give to the guests. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More then one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be made no later thean May 1, 2000.
