We are seeking sponsorship for enough food and drinks for 300 people, gift certificates, ski clothing, and other like items. Trophies for the event are needed as well. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More then one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be made no later thean March 17, 2000.
