We are seeking in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Fitness Center's Softball Tournament to be conducted June 9-11, 2000. This activity is expected to draw approximately 150 participants on both mens' and womens' teams. We are seeking sponsorship for T-shirts, food, drinks, and other prizes. Trophies will also be needed for the first, second, and third place finishers. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More then one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be made no later thean May 21, 2000.
