The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas is soliciting for a Roman Catholic Choir Master Instructor non-personal services contract at this location. This contract should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of approximately 110, 105 minute sessions per year, of providing voice instruction to male inmates incarcerated at this facility. The instructor of the resulting non-personal service contract must be able to read music, play the piano, and direct the inmate choir. A Bachelor's Degree in music is preferred, but not required. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisituion Procedures. Contract period will include a base year not to exceed twelve months and four one year option periods for renewal.
