We are seeking sponsorship for T-shirts, prizes for the first, second, and third place finishers, and water bottles. There is expected to be anywhere from 1,000-2,000 participants in various activities to be conducted throughout the month. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More then one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be made no later thean April 21, 2000.
