Contractor shall provide all personnel, management and supervision, supplies, equipment, and services except specified as government furnished in the Statement of Work necessary to perform food service attendant and contingency cooks (as required) at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho effective 01 Oct 2000 thru 30 Sep 2001 with four option years. This acquisition is under SIC 5812 and is set aside for 8(a) competitive only. All offerors require 8(a) certification and verification. All offerors must possess food service and contingency cook experience. This requirement is solicited under FAR 12, utilizing commercial acquisition procedures. SBA Requirement Number: 1087-00-000994. Joint Venture Agreements -- Joint Venture are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides. However, the joint venture agreement must be received by SBA prior to proposal due date and approved before award of any resulting contract.
