Non-personal services to provide Full Food Service and Dining Facility Attendant Services in military dining facilities located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin for the period 1 April 2000 through 30 September 2000 with two one-year option periods. Services include, but are not limited to, menu coordination IAW Installation Menu Board recommendations, receipt and storage of subsistence, food preparation and serving, self-service, cashier, administration, dining room service, kitchen maintenance, and custodial maintenance of dining facilities. The proposed procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses and is subject to the provisions of the Randolph-Sheppard Act. SIC code 5812 applies with a size standard of $15M. The solicitation will be Request for Quotations (RFQ) DAKF61-00-Q-0010, subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The tentative issue date for the RFQ is on or about 31 January 2000 with a tentative due date on or about 24 February 2000.
