To include application of protective coating to interior and exterior (except military family housing)of base facilities, including all integral parts, cleaning exterior, sand blasting, water blasting, layout and painting of markings on streets, parking lots, aircraft parking, taxiways, spray painting, manufacture of stencils, taping and bedding of gypsum board cracks and joints and minor repairs to existing substrates. The basic performance period will be from contract award through Sep 2000. The contract will include for one-year option periods.
