PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Construction of an addition to the Elmendorf Chapel One as shown on the Drawings and Specifications. Modifications to the existing facility as required to tie into existing utilities and provide mechanical/electrical support. Structural modifications to the existing facility. The end result of this project will be a complete and usable facility. Magnitude is between $250,000 -- $500,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 20 JAN 00 with a Closing Date of 20 FEB 00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only and through the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Format for the specification is Word 6.0. The drawings are Autocad 12. There is no cost for the package. There is a limited supply and will be given out on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. (Only one package per company.)
