The United States Corps of Cadets, West Point, NY is issuing a small business set aside for cloth, viscose rayon twill. Cloth must be in accordance with MIL-C-368J dated 4 May 1989 Class 1 and Deviations dated May 1997. Quantity and colors are 8000 yards of blue/gray, 600 yards of black, and 600 yards of white. Request for Quotations shall be issued on or about 12 January 2000. There will be a requirement for First Article Testing for the blue/gray cloth. First Article will be required within 45 days after award. Delivery of production quantity will be 60 days after approval of First Article.
