The Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO) intends to issue modifications under Concept Demonstration Program (CDP) Contracts N00019-97-C-0037 with The Boeing Company and N00019-97-C-0038 with Lockheed Martin Corporation for the procurement of technical and programmatic support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) industry days with the country of Turkey. Boeing and Lockheed Martin were both awarded CDP contracts and any modifications awarded under these contracts will pertain directly to Boeing's and Lockheed Martin's respective concept demonstration programs and, as such, they are the only sources with the technical expertise and data required to meet the Government's needs.
